Europe will give its ideas to “modernize” labor law

(B2) The European Commission should publish on September 25 the conclusions of the consultations undertaken at European level to modernize and adapt labor law. The objective is always to obtain more flexibility, while providing workers with a minimum of security. This work could precede the revision of certain directives, in particular on economic dismissal or the maintenance of the conditions of the contract during the takeover of companies.
