Almost official: no Polish opt out on social issues

(B2) It is now official, confirming the information from this blog, the Polish spokesperson for the Ministry of Foreign Affairs, Robert Szaniawski, would have declared, according to comments reported in the Polish press, that the social part of the Charter was accepted without reservation by Poland. However, an analysis remains ongoing regarding moral and family issues.
