(BRUSSELS2) French Admiral Jacques Launay, who has commanded the European maritime capacity building mission (EUCAP Nestor) since its (difficult) establishment, will be leaving his post in a few days (probably Monday). Club readers were already informed (change of course at Eucap Nestor?). And it is a diplomat, French, good connoisseur of the region who must replace him: Etienne de Poncins, currently French ambassador in Nairobi. His name is not completely unknown in Brussels... The continuation on the Club (article open to all...)

NB: to follow him on twitter: @EdePoncins
